氨基聚硅氧烷微乳液的制备

摘    要:以八甲基环四硅氧烷(D14)、硅烷偶联剂N-β-氨乙基-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅氧烷(DB-602)为原料,弱酸性环境下制得氨基改性有机硅微乳液。讨论了反应体系的pH值对乳液稳定性的影响,两种单体滴加的间隔时间以及硅烷偶联剂的用量对乳液的稳定性、乳胶粒子的粒径及粒径分布的影响。

Abstract:Octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane and N-β-aminoethyl-γ-aminopropylmethyldimethyoxysilane were used as materials to prepare amino-modified silicone microemulsion in acid solution.Effects of pH on stability of emulsion and influence of interval time of monomer dropping and amount of siloxane coupling agents on stability of emulsion, the average size and distribution of the latex particles were studied.
