加碱中和法制备纳米氧化铁粉体的实验研究

摘    要:为了获得物相稳定、分散均匀的氧化铁纳米粉体,本文中对加碱中和法制备纳米氧化铁进行了系列实验研究。通过不同条件下的实验对比,最终获得了实验制备纳米氧化铁粉体的最佳技术参数;XRD、SEM分析、观测发现,60、100℃热处理可得到氧化铁黄粉体,其中60℃处理得到的铁黄为β-FeO(OH)相;650℃热处理形成氧化铁红粉体,为单一的α-Fe2O3相,颗粒为类球形,粒径为50~100nm,大小均匀,分散性好。

Abstract:A Series of experimental researches of preparing iron oxide nano-perticles by the method of neutral;zation by alkai were canies out in order to obtain the nano-sized iron oxide powder with mono-phase and good dispersion was prepared successfully with the method of neutralization by alkali,and the best preparation parameters was obtained through series of contrastive experiments.The product particles were characterized by XRD and SEM techniques.The results showed that they were spherical and purelyβ-FeO(OH) andα-Fe2O3 phase after baked in 60 and 650 ℃.They also have good dispersion and the average particle size of range from 50 nm to 100 nm.
