空冷凝汽器翅片管的数值研究

摘    要:蛇形扁平管凝汽器在空冷电站的应用上取得了很好的效果,为进一步优化扁平管翅片的物理结构,提高空冷电站凝汽器的冷凝效率,建立了蛇形翅片扁平管凝汽器及直翅片扁平管凝汽器的三维物理模型和数学模型,利用FLUENT软件进行数值计算.进行对流换热系数、流动损失、散热量的对比分析,结果表明:蛇形翅片扁平管翅片的物理结构存在进一步优化空间的可能性,直翅片扁平管具有更优越的冷凝效率.数值计算结果为直接空冷凝汽器的设计和优化改造提供了科学依据.

Abstract:The wave fin flat cube condenser is well applied in air-cooled power plants.To optimize the physical structure of the flat tube fin and further improve the efficiency of the direct-cooled condenser,the 3D physics-mathematics models were built for the wave fin flat tube condenser and the straight fin flat tube condenser,and numerical analysis was performed by employing the Fluent solver.Through comparison in the aspects of convection heat transfer,flow loss,and dissipation of heat,it showed that the structur...
