摘    要:光纤通信是现代科技的先锋,如何提高教学质量,是教师要着重解决的问题.通过<光纤通信>教学经验,可以归纳为:激发兴趣,培养专业好奇心;激发学生思维;建立良好的师生关系;优化学习模式;改革测量与评价方法.

Abstract:Fiber-optical communication is a pioneer of modern Sci-Tech,how to improve teaching quality is an important problem for teachers.Some experience was summarized as followed: exciting interesting and cultivating a taste of profession,encouraging students' thinking and establishing a good relationship between teachers and students,optimizing learning mode and improving the method of examination and evaluation according to years' teaching of fiber-optical communication.
