| 摘 要： | 简述了无烟煤配煤炼焦的意义、要求及对焦炭质量的影响,介绍了涟钢配无烟煤炼焦的试验研究,重点介绍了40kg小焦炉配无烟煤试验,包括试验步骤及条件,并进行了试验结果分析评价。在涟钢现有烟煤煤源的基础上,配入3%￣5%的无烟煤炼焦是可行的,具有较好的经济效益。

| Abstract: | The significance and requirement of coal blending of anthracite and its influence on coke quantity are described. Coking test for coal blend of anthracite in a 40kg coke oven at Liansteel was introduced. The coking procedure and conditions were given and the results were analyzed. It shows that it is feasible to add 3%-5% of anthracite into the coal blend based on the present resources of bituminous coal. Good economic benefit could be obtained. |
