| 摘 要： | 对变形锌合金进行闪光对焊工艺试验和工艺研究。利用金相显微镜和力学性能检测设备等分析检测手段,研究闪光对焊接头的组织和性能。结果表明,采用合适的闪光对焊工艺可以实现新型锌铝合金的对接,焊缝组织致密,接头具有较高的结合强度。

| Abstract: | Flash butt welding process experiments on deformed zinc alloy were carried out.The microstructures and properties of welded joint were examined and analyzed by means of optical microscope and mechanical property testing equipment etc.The results show that the suitable flash butt welding parameters can achieve compact joints with high bonding strength. |
