罐笼内矿车挡车器的自动化改造

摘    要:立井罐笼担负整个矿井的提升任务,提升安全性为矿井提升运输中的重中之重,罐笼内上挡车器为矿车在罐笼内的唯一安全闭锁,分析论述了原手动挡车器的现状,通过设计计算,将原手动挡车器进行自动化改造,取得了比较显著的效果,提升安全得到保障、生产效率得到提高、人员劳动强度降低。

Abstract:The vertical shaft cage load entire mine pit's promotion duty,the promotion security for the mine hoist transportation's in the most important,in the cage on the car stopper for mine car's in cage only security block system,the analysis elaborated the original manual car stopper's present situation,through the design calculation,the original manual car stopper will make the automated transformation,made the quite remarkable progress,the promotion obtained the safeguard,the production efficiency to have the enhancement,the personnel labor intensity safely to reduce.
