海水在活性染料固色后水洗中的应用

摘    要:对海水进行了絮凝沉淀、软化、离子交换等处理,将海水应用于活性染料染色后水洗,比较了海水与常规淡水同等工艺条件下水洗效果.结果表明,与淡水水洗样相比,处理海水与海水原水水洗样的干、湿摩擦牢度及皂洗色牢度差别在半级以内,无明显差异;所染样品的色差亦在0.6以下,可以满足实际生产对染色品质量和色差范围的要求.

Abstract:Seawater was pretreated by flocculating,softening and ion exchanging, and then it was used in reactive dyeing rinsing after fixation.The rinsing effects of seawater and normal freshwater in same dying process were compared.The results showed that compared with the data of freshwater rinsing samples,the rinsing data of seawater and processed seawater were less than half-grade in dry/wet fastnesses to crocking and fastness to soaping,it was no obvious difference;the color difference between them was below 0.6,which could meet the requirements for dyed product quality and color difference in practical production.
