摘    要:增供电量作为新建输变电工程生产运行后评价的一个重要指标,计算结果对电网新增负荷的效用评价有很大影响,是协调电网项目建设和地区负荷发展的有力工具。现存的计算方法有的不科学,有的划分范围不恰当。从工程实践方面重新对增供电量进行定义,在此基础上形成一种新的增供电量影响范围划分思路,对于公共网络输变电工程进行分类,总结专家的经验,提出了兼顾变电站性质和站间电网联接关系的输变电工程增供电量区域划分原则,使得增供电量计算工作流程标准化、规范化。按此原则给出了每种典型的输变电工程的增供电量的计算方法,具有较强的工程实用性。

Abstract:Increased power supply is one key index for the post-evaluation of newly-built power transmission and transformation projects,so its calculation greatly influences the accuracy of effectiveness evaluation of increased grid power supply,the powerful tool in coordinating power grid project construction development and regional load growth.The existing calculation methods may neither calculate scientifically nor confine the influence scope appropriately.To overcome the aforementioned problems,this paper firstly redefines increased electrical energy supply from the perspective of engineering practice,forming a new thinking in scoping the influence of increased power supply.Power transmission and transformation projects of the public power grid are categorized.A set of principles for the partition of influence scope is proposed based on the experts′ experience,in which the nature of substations and inter-station network connection are taken into account.Thereby,the increased power supply of each typical power transmission and transformation project can be calculated in the principle-guided method,which standardizes and normalizes the calculating work process,proven practical in actual engineering.
