摘    要:通过金相观察和萃取复型的方法,研究了X80管线钢在不同加热温度下奥氏体晶粒长大规律及第二相粒子的溶解规律。结果表明:随加热温度升高,奥氏体晶粒逐渐长大,当温度达1 150℃时,晶粒急剧增大;当加热温度达到1 200℃时,铌的碳氮化物几乎全部溶解于基体中。

Abstract:The grain growth behavior of austenite and the solid solution regularity of second phase particles for X80 pipeline steel at different heating temperature were investigated by means of metallographic observation and extraction replicas.The results show that the grain size of austenite increased with the increasing of temperature,and the grain size increases rapidly at 1150 ℃.The niobium carbonitride almost dissolved in the matrix at the heating temperature of 1 200 ℃.
