摘    要:针对房地产行业规模化、市场化、规范化和多变的发展趋势,分析了品牌建设的必要性与重要性,并从产品质量建设、全程服务建设、团队素质建设、企业文化建设四方面提出了品牌建设的对策,增强企业的竞争力。

Abstract:Abstract: According to the development tendency of the real-estate industry to be large-scale, market-oriented, regulated and various, the paper analyzes the necessity and importance for the brand construction, and points out the strategies for the brand construction from the product quality construction, the whole-process service construction, the teamwork quality construction, and the enterprise culture construction, so as to enhance the competitive power of the enterprises.
