| Abstract: | Some evaluation methods of intelligent building, which have been applied, are introduced in this paper, a new method of the rating intelligent building is worked out. Having coined the term `building IQ ', the performances of intelligent buildings are evaluated and the formula of evaluation is formulated, which is based on the building IQ . And its methodology, features and realization are discussed. |
