| 摘 要： | 根据统计资料,概述了我国甘蔗糖厂标煤耗的现状,从糖厂用汽的热力方案去分析糖厂能耗现状的成因,特别指出目前标煤耗4%蔗左右成为瓶颈的原因。对各类情况不同的糖厂如何降低工艺用汽提出了建议。

| Abstract: | According to the statistic materials, the situation of standard coal consumption in Chinese cane sugar mills is generalized. The situation of standard coal consumption is analyzed by thermodynamic system of sugar mills. Especially the reason is indicated, which standard coal consumption 4% becomes bottleneck of energy consumption in cane sugar industry. The suggestions are given according to different situation of sugar in order to reduce the steam consumption for processing. |
