摘    要:广州J1-1地块综合楼超高层建筑采用圆钢管混凝土柱-钢梁外框架和新型方钢管混凝土端柱+混凝土剪力墙组合墙体核心筒结构体系。基于概念设计,设定结构的抗震性能目标;弹塑性地震反应分析表明,结构设计达到了设定的性能目标;利用风洞试验结果,分析结构的风响应;对方钢管混凝土端柱-混凝土剪力墙新型组合墙体的抗震性能进行理论分析和试验研究。

Abstract:The frame-core structural system was adopted in Guangzhou J1-1 super high-rising building to resist wind and earthquakes.The frame are composed of steel beams and concrete filled circular steel tubular columns.A new type composite wall which is RC wall with end concrete filled rectangular steel tubular columns is used in the construction of the core.Based on the conceptual design,the seismic performance targets of the structure were determined.Elasto-plastic time history analysis indicated that the structure design can reach the performance targets.The wind tunnel experiment results were used to study the performance of the structure under wind loads.The earthquake resistant capacity of the new type composite wall was investigated theoretically and experimentally.
