新型金刚石孕镶块的研究

摘    要:针对软硬交错、研磨性高的地层设计了一种新型人造金刚石混合孕镶块。这种新型孕镶块以人造单晶金刚石和热稳定聚晶金刚石为耐磨切削材料, 以硬质合金复合材料做胎体, 通过热压烧结工艺烧结而成。为降低硬质合金材料的烧结温度, 减少金刚石的热损伤, 在胎体材料中添加了微量P元素, 通过微量P元素的活化作用, 使硬质合金材料的烧结成型温度适当降低, 并具备所需要的机械性能。试验表明, 用新型孕镶块制造的新型孕镶块阶梯钻头的机械钻速比一般钻头提高56 % ~73 % , 进尺也有较大提高。

Abstract:A new synthetic diamond impregnated matrix for drill bit used in hard formation is designed. Taking the artificial diamond and thermal stable polycrystalline diamond as cutting material and hard alloy as matrix body, the new impregnated0 matrix is produced by hot pressing sintering. To decrease the sintering temperature of hard alloy and reduce the heat damage of diamond, micro phosphours are added in the matrix body material. By means of activation of micro phosphours, the sintering temperature is reduced properly and the mechanical performance of the hard alloy is improved. Test shows that, the penetration rate of the stepped bit with the new diamond impregnated matrix is 56%~73% higher than that of the conventional bit, and the footage is also increased to a great degree.
