基于电子快门自动增益的CCD驱动电路研究

摘    要:为了满足目前CCD测量领域中高速、高精度的测量要求,设计了TCDl304传感器的专用驱动电路。该驱动电路的一大特性就是电子快门,其将光积分时间缩短了一个数量级,至几个微秒,极大地提高了测量速度;同时,通过对CCD输出信号A/D采样分析,实时调节电子快门时间,实现自动调节控制,提高了测量精度。经实验证明,该测量方法在高速实时在线测量领域有很好的应用前景。

Abstract:In order to meet the demand of high-speed and high-accuracy in the measuring field of CCD, a special driving circuit of TCD1304 sensor is designed. One of the important characteristics of the circuit is the electronic shutter which can improve the measurement velocity from millisecond to microsecond. With the sampling analysis and A/D convertion of the CCD output signal, the high-accuracy measurement is ensured by the circuit module of AGC (automatic gain control), which regulates the electronic shutter time on time. Experiments verify that the method has a good application prospect in the fields of high-speed, real-time and on-line measurement.
