摘    要:研究了球壳表面球形凹坑断面面积的计算方法,建立了计算公式,应用API579局部减薄2级评定方法,分别对外壁和内壁含球形凹坑的球壳建立了剩余强度系数RSF的计算方法;分析了球壳凹坑RSF计算结果的规律性,用表格按球壳凹坑的两个参量a和g列出了能直接用于工程评定的含凹坑球壳的RSF值,并提出了内壁含球形凹坑球壳免于评定的简便判据。对GB/T19624中球形容器凹坑的评定方法进行了讨论。

Abstract:The calculation methods of section area of spherical pits on the surface of spherical components are studied. The calculation formulas are established. Using level 2 assessment procedures of locally thin area (LTA) in API 579, the calculation methods of remaining strength factor (RSF) are offered for spherical shells with outer and internal spherical pits, respectively. Regularity of the calculation results of the RSF is discovered. The values of the RSF which can be directly used for engineering assessment are presented in charts in terms of the two parameters a and g. A convenient criterion is established to determine the assessment necessity for spherical shells with internal spherical pits. The assessment methods of pits on spherical containers in GB/T 19624 are discussed.
