非直井有杆泵深抽技术研究与应用

摘    要:随着油田的开发,斜井、侧钻井、水平井等非直井在油田开发中起到越来越重要的作用,但由于井身结构的特殊性,限制了有杆泵的下入深度,严重影响了油井的生产能力,同时抽油井杆管偏磨,已成为非直井降低产量, 增加作业成本、增加杆管成本的主要矛盾。在对非直井泵挂下入深度影响因素分析的基础之上,以防偏磨为重点,通过调整扶正间距、优化杆柱组合及应用防偏磨旋转调整式采油井口装置、抗磨副、防失稳装置等技术配套,充分挖掘井筒潜能,成功的将泵下到了造斜点以下,实现了非直井的有杆泵深抽,为非直井有效开发提供了技术保障。同时通过工艺配套综合治理,达到有效减少偏磨,延长检泵周期目的。现场试验取得显著效果,对国内其他油田同类井的开采具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:With the development of the oilfield, deviated wells, sidetracking wells and horizontal wells have more and more important function,whereas the particularity of casing programme limited the landing depth of sucker rod pump,and affected the producibility of oil well seriously. Besides,the eccentric wear of pumping rod and pipe has become the main contradiction for the cost of pumping rod and pipe and output of non-vertival wells. On the basis of analyzing the influential factor on landing depth and researching eccentric wear prevention measures,some matching technologies, including the techniques of antiwear,centering device,optimizing assemble of rod and pipe and stabilization control etc., were used to increases the production rate of nonvertival wells, and actualize the deep oil recovery of sucker rod pump. Through field application, the goals of reducing eccentric wear and prolonging pump detection period were achieved.
