煤制甲醇及下游产品过程中CO2排放计算及分析

摘    要:利用C守恒原理对煤制甲醇及下游产品过程CO2排放点进行分析,对比了选用不同气化原料生产单位甲醇CO2排放量,得出气化原料多元化对降低CO2排放量有利的结论。计算出典型煤制甲醇及下游产品过程中各主要排放点的大致排放量比例,可知燃料燃烧排出的CO2占总排放量的比重较大,甲醇合成过程排出CO2浓度较高,适于后续加工利用。

Abstract:Research on CO2 emission during making methanol and it's downstream products from coal based on carbon conservation principle. Diversification of gasification raw materials can decrease CO2 emission according to test the changes of CO2 emission while taking different gasification raw materials. Calculate approximate C02 emission rules in each main emission process, find that the burn of raw materials discharges most C02, while methanol synthesis process discharges the highest concentration of CO2.
