甲醇制烯烃技术研究进展及应用前景分析

摘    要:由煤经合成气制甲醇工艺和烯烃生产聚烯烃及其它下游产品的工艺已经是成熟的技术,甲醇制低碳烯烃工艺是煤制烯烃路线的关键技术,也是瓶颈技术。介绍了国内外代表性的甲醇制低碳烯烃工艺(MTO,MTP),并对MTO和MTP工艺进行了比较,在此基础上分析了MTO和MTP工艺技术的应用前景。分析认为MTO技术适合大型的煤制烯烃用户及要求丙烯、乙烯比例接近的用户选用;而MTP工艺更适合纯丙烯用户和不需要或需要少量乙烯的用户。

Abstract:The technology of preparing methanol from synthesis gas, as well as preparing polyolefin and other downstream products of olefins is mature. The key technology of preparing light olefins production from methanol also is the bottleneck as the coal to light olefins route. Representative process such as the light olefins from methanol process (MTO and MTP) at home and abroad was introduced, and compared those two processes and their application efficiency. The analysis show that the MTO process is suitable for the large olefin and requiring approximate ration of propylene and ethylene users, the MTP process is mostly suitable for pure propylene and not requiring or requiring little ethylene users.
