具有延期解除保险性能的小口径引信隔爆装置

摘    要:针对目前小口径引信延期解除保险距离过短的问题,设计变质心水平转子式隔爆装置:在水平转子内加入准流体,转子的质心位置随着准流体的排出而变化,准流体排出一定量以后转子才满足开始转动条件,从而延长完全解除保险时间,增大炮口延期解除保险距离.仿真结果表明该隔爆装置能够实现增大炮口解除保险距离至20米的设计要求.

Abstract:Aiming at existing problems of short delayed relief distance of safety for minor-caliber fuze, design a explosion isolator with a variable centroid plate rotor: add quasi-fluid in the plate rotor, and the centroid position of fluid changes along with quasi-fluid discharge, while the rotor could not rotate until quasi-fluid drained out, thus delay the complete safety relief and increase the delayed relief distance of safety for muzzles. Simulation shows the device can meet the requirements of widen the bouch...
