| Abstract: | Qualific personnel is the product of conditional social cireumstance.It is concerned about the future and fortune of our Party and country,it is of great strategic significance.Judging from the current situation,there are still unsatisfactory aspect.The strategy of the qualified personnel should be further improved,so as to develop and choose the qualified personnel across the century,do a good job of the education on qualified personnel,enliven the personnel mechanism,improve the personnel circumstance,perfect job market,distribute the qualified personnel resources rationally. |
