压电谐波电机的控制系统设计

摘    要:压电谐波电机是根据谐波传动和压电逆效应原理设计的一种新型电机;控制系统是使其运转及实现各种控制功能的关键。针对设计的由四相压电驱动器构成的压电谐波电机样机,通过分析其控制原理,提出了相应的控制方案。根据压电陶瓷为容性负载的条件,设计了可快速响应的压电驱动器驱动电路。简要叙述了使电机实现调速、换向、精确定位等各项功能的控制系统软件设计方案。

Abstract:The harmonic piezomotor is a new type of motor on the basis of piezoelectric inverse effect. Its control system is the key component of achieving transmission function and various control functions. This paper presented the control principle and control scheme of the harmonic piezomotor prototype which consists of four groups of piezo actuators. Based on the consideration of condensive load performance of piezo ceramic, we have designed the piezo actuator drive circuits with the rapid response feature. The control system software architecture and block diagram for the functions of speed adjustment, reversing and exact location etc. are also specified.
