摘    要:区域综合能源系统(IMES)中设备类型日益丰富使多种能源交互过程复杂,也对运行优化提出了更高要求。本文以区域能源运营商为主体,在系统侧和用户侧同时利用了IMES的多能互补特性,建立了双侧协同运行优化模型。IMES根据实时能源价格以及用户负荷需求曲线进行日前优化,系统侧在优化供能设备出力的基础上,提出通过调节能源转换设备的分配因子来提高系统中多种能源需求的匹配度;并在用户侧的综合能源需求响应中加入用能替代来提升用户侧可响应容量。最后,利用粒子群算法求解模型,并通过算例验证,计及用能替代的系统与用户协同优化实现了内部供能设备的高效运行,有效降低了运营商的用能成本,增加了收益。

Abstract:Various forms of energy access to integrated multi-energy system (IMES) poses higher requirements of operation optimization. This paper proposes the collaborative operation optimization model of the system-user bilateral cooperation in the IMES. The comprehensive cost is reduced mutually by system devices outputs adjustment along with the user side participation in demand response regulation. In system side, on the basis of optimizing the devices output, this paper adjusts the allocation factor of energy transferring devices to improve matching level of multi-energy demand in system. In user side, this paper introduces alternative energy in demand response of IMES to improve response capacity of user side. Finally, particle swarm algorithm is used to solve the model, and case study testifies that system-user bilateral coordinated optimization realizes high efficiency operation of internal devices, effectively reduces operation cost, and increases income.
