镁质修补料研究及其在中频感应炉上的应用

摘    要:以中档镁砂为主要原料,硅微粉、三聚磷酸钠或六偏磷酸钠为结合剂,925高铝水泥为固化剂,铬微粉与α-A12O3微粉为修补料的微粉原料,研究了结合剂种类与加入量,微粉加入量与添加方式对镁质修补料性能的影响。并介绍了镁质修补料在0.5t中频感应炉坩埚上的实际应用效果。

Abstract:Using middle-level magnesia as main raw materials,microsilica,sodium phosphate trimer or calgon as adhesive,925 high alumina cement as solidify additive,chromium micropowder and ultra-fine A1_2O_3 as mending materials micropowder raw materials,the influences on MgO based mending materials properties of the kind adding quantity of adhesive, the quantity and adding method of micropowder are researched.The application results of MgO based mending materials on crucible of 0.5 t medium frequency induction furnace are introduced.
