| 摘 要： | 创新型大学是高等教育发展进程中出现的一个新概念。在复杂多变和多元化的社会环境里，无论将创新型大学作为一种大学办学理念还是一种发展战略，都是值得探索的，但探索的前提是要明确什么是创新型大学。为此，本文从大学文化、大学组织和大学行为等三个维度来论述创新型大学的特质，试图回答建设创新型大学中的这一基本理论问题。

| Abstract: | The innovative university is a new concept appearing in the development progress of higher education. In complicated and diversified social surroundings, innovative university is worth explorations regardless of what it is-an academic theory of nmning a university or a developing strategy. The premise is to definite what is innovative university. For this purpose, this paper expounds the special characteristics of innovative university in terms of the three dimensions of culture, organization and conduct, as an attempt to deal with this fundamental problem in constructing innovative university. |
