摘    要:目的 建立测定米力农注射液中乳酸含量的HPLC方法.方法 采用Agilent SB-Aq (4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,甲酸-二环己铵-水(0.1:0.1:100)为流动相,流速:1mL/min,检测波长210nm,柱温:25℃,进样量:20μL.结果 乳酸在0.5~5.0mg/mL的浓度范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.7%(RSD=0.37%,n=6).结论 此法准确、简便、快速,适用于米力农注射液中乳酸的含量测定.

Abstract:Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of lactate in milrinone injection.Methods An Agilent SB-Aq column (250 mm× 4.6 mm,5 μm) was used with formic acid-dicyclohexylamine-water (0.1:0.1:100) as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 210 nm.The temperature of the column was 30 ℃ and the sample amount was 10 μL.Results There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of lactate within 0.5-5.0 mg/mL and the peak area (r=0.999 9).The average recovery rate was 99.7 % (RSD=0.37 %,n=6).Conclusion This method can be accurate,simple,quick and suitable for the determination of lactate in milrinone injection.
