| 摘 要： | 探讨了电梯补偿装置的结构、设计原理及补偿装置类型。指出传统的补偿装置容易引发振动、噪声、舒适感差、易损坏井道内部件等问题。提出了一种新型电磁式补偿系统的构想，并介绍了新型电磁式补偿系统的设计原理及在电梯上的应用实例。

| Abstract: | This paper probes into the construction, design principle and types of the elevator compensation devices. The traditional compensation devices easily cause some problems, such as vibration, noise and discomfort. Taking an example of applying to elevator, the ideas and principle of a new type electromagnetic compensation system is introduced. |
