大孔树脂柱分离甘草中总黄酮的研究

摘    要:目的 采用大孔树脂柱色谱分离甘草总黄酮.方法 通过吸附率和解吸率的测定,在9种不同型号的大孔树脂中,选择最适于分离甘草总黄酮的大孔树脂,并优化了洗脱液的浓度.结果 AB-8型大孔树脂的吸附和解吸性能均较好,对甘草总黄酮的吸附率为68.0%,解吸率为83.5%,适用于甘草黄酮的分离.结论 AB-8型大孔树脂是一种较好的分离甘草总黄酮的树脂材料.

Study on Separation of Total Flavonoids from Licorice with Macroporous Resin

Abstract:Objective To separate total flavonoids from licorice by macroporous resin column chromatography.Methods The screening of the resin best suited for the separation of total flavonoids from licorice among 9 types of macroporous resins was accomplished by determination of adsorption rate and desorption rate,and the concentration of the eluant was optimized.Results AB-8 resin showed best separation performance,with absorption rate of 68.0 %,and desorption rate of 83.5 %.Conclusion AB-8 resin was suitable for the separation of licorice flavonoids.
