| 摘 要： | 流动保障始于国外深海油气田的开发 ,它在海上油气田的经济开发中发挥着重大作用。文中主要阐述了流动保障的各个环节和目标 ,总结了流动保障计划的制定原则 ,概括了流动保障工作的控制策略 ,介绍了国外在管道流动保障方面的最新技术 ,并提出了我国海洋石油界在开展流动保障研究工作方面的努力方向。
