| 摘 要： | 用超滤膜处理VB12发酵滤液，可以改善吸附过程的原料质量．选用截留分子量为1万的超滤膜处理VB12发酵滤液，可以在保证总收率不降低的前提下，使吸附过程高单位的纯度提高50．3％，收率提高12．5％，吸附过程的各项消耗均有不同程度的降低．

| Abstract: | The feed quality of vitamin B_(12) adsorption process is improved with UF membrane separation technology beforehand.Fermentation filtrate of vitamin B_(12) is treated with UF membrane of MWCO 10 000.Adsorption experimentation of UF filtrate shows that high-unit's purity increases 50.3%and recovery ratio increases 12.5%,whereas consumptions of adsorption process decrease to different extent. |
