摘    要:简述了声发射技术的原理和应用状况,论述了声发射技术应用于旋转机械故障状态监测和故障诊断是一种很有效的方法.开发了一套以声发射技术为核心的旋转机械在线监测和诊断系统,详细介绍了该系统各组成部分的设计原理和思路,并在模拟工况条件下对该系统进行了分析、比较和评价,证明了该系统的科学性、有效性和实用性.

Abstract:The principle and application of acoustic emission(AE) technique were introduced,the application of AE technique on rotating machines diagnosis and examination was discussed.A new AE online detection system applied on rotating machines based on the core technique of AE was put forward,and the design principle and thinking of all the parts of the system were introduced.The proposed system was analyzed,compared and evaluated under the condition of imitating the work condition,which proves the scientificity,validity and practicability of the proposed system.
