| 摘 要： | 基于PCI-1710数采卡的自动测试系统由信号调理、数据采集、工控机、测试软件等组成,含采集通道、数采卡驱动、采集软件流程等.其输入为单端方式,并将模拟输入0～28V调理为0～6V.数采卡驱动程序为动态连接库.测试系统数据采集流程包括:设备及通道初始化、输入及关闭设备.

| Abstract: | The automatic test system based on the PCI-1710 data acquisition card is comprised of sign modification, data gathering card, industrial computer and test software. The software includes data gathering, driver of data acquisition card and the flow of acquisition software. Single-end input is applied for the input of the system, and inputted analogy signal at range of 0-28V is modified to range of 0-6V. The DLL (dynamic link library) is used as driver of the card, and the gathering flow of the system includes the initiation of device and channel, the input and the close of device. |
