| 摘 要： | 本文对25SiMnMoV钢矿用圆环链闪光对焊接头组织进行了分析,接头组织为粒状贝氏体,而焊缝、热影响区不同部位粒状贝氏体形态有所差异。以粒状贝氏体为原始组织快速加热淬火,有利于机械性能的提高。

| Abstract: | This paper deals with the structure of flash-butt-welding joint in annular chains for mining in 25SiMnMoV steel. The structure in the welding joint is granular bainite, and the forms of grnular bainite vary with the positions in welding line and heat-affected zone. The mechanical properties are improved by fast-heating and quenching the original granular bainite. |
