摘    要:介绍现有的2#延迟焦化装置与CFB炉低温热综合利用、2#常减压与3#延迟焦化装置低温余热的综合利用、3#柴油加氢精制装置低温热综合利用以及实施效果与存在问题,根据低温热"温度对口,梯级利用"的用能原则,提出了优化完善措施。

Abstract:The paper introduced the comprehensive utilization on low temperature heat ex-isting in the following units, such as 2^# delayed coking unit and CFB boiler, 2^# atmospheric and vacuum distillation and 3^# delayed coking unit, 3^# diesel oil hydrogenation refining unit, and described the execution effect and existing problems. Optimization and improvement measures were put forth based on the energy usage principle of property temperature and cascade utiliza-tion for the low temperature heat.
