摘    要:建立了测定吡唑醚菌酯悬浮剂的气相色谱检测方法。采用乙腈盐析萃取有效成分、以邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯为内标物,RTX-1毛细柱为分离柱,FID检测器进行检测的气相色谱法对吡唑醚菌酯悬浮剂有效成分进行检测。结果表明:其线性范围宽,线性相关系数R为0.999 6,方法标准偏差为0.160.20,变异系数RSD为0.48%0.20,变异系数RSD为0.48%1.01%;其添加回收率在98.28%~101.34%之间,测定结果与反高效液相色谱法测定结果吻合,其相对偏差在1.5%之内。

Abstract:A GC method was established for the determination of Pyraclostrobin SC.The effective component was extracted with acetonitrile and analyzed by GC with RTX-1 capillary column and FID detector,and using di-noctyl phthalate as the internal standard.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient R was 0.9996,the standard deviation was 0.16~0.20,and RSD was 0.48%~1.01%.The recovery rate was in the range of from 98.28% to 101.34%.The relative deviation between the results from GC and from HPLC is less than 1.5%.
