| 摘 要： | 介绍可变余隙容积自动无级调节系统及其在中国石油锦西石化公司柴油加氢改质装置的往复式压缩机上的应用。结果表明:可变余隙容积自动无级调节不但减少一级活塞不必要的做功,节能效果显著,而且降低了一级活塞的工作强度,延长了活塞的使用寿命,避免了事故的发生,保障了装置的安全生产。

| Abstract: | The paper introduced automatic stepless regulation system with variable clear-ance volume and its application on reciprocating compressor of the diesel hydrogenation quality improvement unit in PetroChina Jinxi Petrochemical Company. The results showed that the auto-matic stepless regulation with variable clearance volume not only reduced unnecessary actions but also decreased remarkably work strength of the first stage piston, which prolonged service life of the piston, avoided accidents and guaranteed safty of the unit. |
