摘    要:催化燃烧法是处理消失模车间废气的有效方法。考察了废气浓度、温度以及空速等工艺参数对苯乙烯在蜂窝型催化剂上催化燃烧净化效率的影响。结果表明,苯乙烯浓度对废气净化效率影响不大,温度对苯乙烯催化燃烧起着决定性的作用,随着空速的增加,苯乙烯的净化效率下降。

Abstract:The catalytic combustion is an effective method to purify the waste gases discharged from the lost foam shop. In this paper, the effects of such factors as the concentration of waste gases, the temperature, the space velocity etc. on the purification efficiency of styrene combustion reaction on the honeycomb catalyst were investigated.The results have shown that the concentration of styrene has little effect on styrene purification efficiency, the temperature plays a substantial role on catalytic combustion of styrene, and the purification efficiency of styrene decreases with the increase of the space velocity.
