生物质闪速裂解装置转锥强度的有限元分析

摘    要:转锥式生物质闪速热裂解液化装置是一种可将各种农林废弃物快速热解,转化成新型洁净液体能源(生物燃油Bio-oil)的全新装置.该装置主要由主反应器、热载体加热炉、供水系统与冷凝器几大部分组成.其中主反应器是该装置重要组成部分,而转锥又是主反应器的主要零部件之一,其强度能否满足要求是装置正常运行的关键因素.基于ANSYS软件对生物质闪速热解生产生物燃油装置的转锥的强度进行分析,并确定了旋转锥的最大受力部位,分析的结果验证设计参数具有足够的可靠性,完全能够满足强度需求.

Abstract:The rotating typed biomass flash-speed heat-cracking decomposition device is a kind of all new device that could letting various discards of farming and forestry be rapidly heat-resolved and transformed into a novel clean liquid energy resource(Bio-fuel).This device is mainly composed of several large parts as chief reactor,heat carrier heating furnace,water supply system and condenser.Among them the chief reactor is the important part of this device,and yet the rotating cone is one of the main components of the chief reactor,whether or not its strength is capable of satisfying the requirement is the key factor for the normal operation of the device.On the basis of ANSYS software,this paper carried out analysis,under the financial aid of state 863 and 948 items to Northeast Forestry University,on the strength of rotating cone of the biomass flash-speed heat-decomposition device for producing the bio-fuel,and determined the maximum force bearing position of the rotating cone.The result of analysis verified that the designing parameters possess sufficient reliability,and could satisfy completely the strength requirement.
