弹射座椅冲击过程数值模拟方法

摘    要:以某型弹射座椅为研究对象,建立有限元模型进行座椅结构的冲击动力学仿真.分析了座椅结构在冲击载荷作用下的响应规律,指出了可能导致座椅弹射失败的薄弱环节.仿真过程中总结了结构冲击的一般规律,并分析了阻尼在类似的冲击过程中对响应结果的影响.为以后复杂结构的冲击动力学研究提供了参考依据.

Abstract:Taking certain typed ejection seat as the target of study,this paper established a finite element model to carrying out impact dynamics simulation.The response law of seat structure under the effect of impacting loads was analyzed and the weak link that leads to the possible failure in seat ejection was pointed out.The general rule of structural impacts was summarized during the process of simulation,and the influence of response result affected by damping in the course of similar impact was analyzed.Therefore this study provided referencing basis for later study on impact dynamics of complex structure.
