单轴对称柔性铰链计算机辅助设计系统

摘    要:柔性铰链性能的好坏直接影响到微位移机构的精度、稳定性和耐久性.目前微位移机构正在向着高精度、微型化的方向发展,对柔性铰链的性能也提出了越来越高的要求.针对柔性铰链传统手工设计方法费时、费力、且精度不高的缺点,基于Visual Basic(VB)语言开发了一套单轴对称柔性铰链计算机辅助设计系统,圆形铰链实例计算表明:该系统实现了单轴对称柔性铰链设计与校验自动化,大大提高了设计效率和设计质量.计算得到的铰链柔度/旋转精度曲线组,不仅可用于考察符合设计要求的数据组,而且清晰地反映了铰链几何参数与其柔度、旋转精度间的关系,为下一步进行柔性铰链理论分析提供了有力的工具,为可靠、高效微位移系统的建立提供了良好的基础.

Abstract:The stand or fall of flexible hinge property will affect directly the accuracy,stability and durability of micro-displacement mechanism.Presently the micro-displacement mechanism is now developing directed towards the direction of high precision and microminiaturization,and higher and higher requirements have been brought forward on the property of flexible hinges.Directed against the defects of time consuming,effort needing and low accuracy on the traditional hand worked designing method of flexible hinges,a set of CAD designing system for the single axial symmetric flexible hinges was developed based on Visual Basic(VB) language.A calculation on the living example of circular hinge showed that this system achieved the design and checkout automation and raised greatly the designing efficiency and designing quality.The hinge flexibility /curve group of rotary accuracy obtained by computation could not only be applied to the investigation on the data set that accord with the designing requirements bud also reflected clearly the relationship between the geometric parameters of hinge and its flexibility and the rotary accuracy,thus provided powerful tool for carrying out in the next step on theoretical analysis of flexible hinges,and afforded good foundations for the establishment of reliable and high efficient micro-displacement system.
