摘    要:在传统立式铣床的基础上进行数控改造,配置了6自由度工作台,形成一种新型的多功能数控铣床.简要介绍了该型铣床的结构,详细介绍了刀具相对于基座坐标系的位姿参数的标定方法,对铣床加工精度的提高有着重要意义.

Abstract:A numerical control transformation has been carried out on the basis of the traditional milling machine.A worktable with 6 degree of freedom was configured to form a novel multi-functioned numerically controlled milling machine.This paper introduced briefly the structure of this typed milling machine,and the calibration method for the posture parameters of cutter relative to coordinate system of pedestal was recommended in detail,which possesses important significance for enhancing the processing accuracy of milling machine.
