摘    要:对某型边防巡逻车在可靠性道路试验中出现的车身骨架断裂问题进行了研究.在原样车有限元模型静态扭转载荷和模态分析基础上,结合试验实际情况确定了车身断裂的主要原因,并运用拓扑优化对原有模型做出适当修改,使设计的车身骨架结构更加合理,顺利通过了该车的第三次道路试验,各项性能指标取得了较好的效果.

Abstract:A study has been carried out on the fracture problem of the body framework of certain typed frontier defence patrol vehicle arisen in the reliability road test.On the basis of the analysis on static torsional loading and modality of the finite element model of the original prototype vehicle,combining with the main reason of body framework fracture determined by the actual condition of experiment,a proper modification was worked out on the original model by the use of topological optimization.Thus made the being designed body framework structure more reasonable,and the third road test of this vehicle has been favourably passed.Rather better effect has been gained for its every performance index.
