振锤关键零件的几何反求与模型重建

摘    要:计参数,应用普通加工工艺和常规刀具也难以制造.因此,将反求工程技术用于振锤关键件国产化设计与制造的研究,提出了振锤关键件几何反求过程的数据采集方法,基于坐标测量机和工具显微镜实现了实物零件的数字化.通过用最小二乘法对所采集的数据进行分析与处理,提取出了零件的几何造型参数,应用Pro/E软件实现了关键零件的模型重构,利用该模型指导该零件制造工艺的制定与刀具的设计.实验结果表明,采用上述方法设计制造的零件符合实际生产要求.

Abstract:The working surface of key parts of shaking hammer is of reticulated structure that possessing the characteristics of "dense","thin" and "centripetal".It is difficult to determine its designing parameters by adopting the general measuring method,and also difficult to manufacture by applying the common machining technology and the conventional cutting tools.Therefore let the reverse seeking engineering technology be applied to the domestically produced design and research of manufacturing,so as to propose a data collecting method for the geometric reverse seeking course of the hammer's key parts.The digitization of practical parts was achieved based on coordinates measuring machine and tool microscope.By means of utilizing the least square method to carrying out analysis and treatment on the being collected data,the parameters of geometric modeling of parts were picked up and the model reconstruction of key parts by applying the Pro/E software was realized.The laying down of the manufacturing technology of this part and the design of cutting tools were guided by utilizing this model.The experimental result showed that the parts that being designed and manufactured by adopting the above stated method could accord with the needs of the practical production.
