摘    要:控制系统是微操作机器人重要组成部分.根据人在控制系统中的作用,可将控制系统分为手动式、遥控式和主动式3种.介绍了3类控制系统的基本结构和功能,并对它们的优缺点进行了分析.最后,设计了一种面向MEMS系统装配的微操作机器人的遥控式控制系统,该控制系统以人为最高控制器,由两级计算机构成.

Abstract:Controlling system is an important constitution part of micro-operational robot.In accordance with the effect of men in the controlling system,the controlling system can be divided into three kinds of types of manual,remote control and initiative.Basic structures and functions of the 3 kinds of controlling systems were introduced,and analyses were carried out on their advantageous and disadvantageous points.Finally,a kind of remote control typed controlling system of micro-operational robot geared to the needs of MEMS systematic assembly was designed.This controlling system is composed of two-staged computers and the human is served as the supreme controller.
