双向刨削牛头刨床的机构创新设计

摘    要:针对传统牛头刨床的空行程和工作效率低这两个缺陷,采用机械传动方式,对牛头刨床进行机构创新设计,使改进后的牛头刨床既能实现恒力刨削,又能使滑枕做匀速直线运动;既能消除空行程,又能变单向刨削为双向刨削.不仅提高了生产效率,降低了能耗,而且结构简单,容易制造.

Abstract:Aimed at the two defects of idle motion and low working efficiency of the traditional shaper,the mechanism innovative design was carried out on the shaper by adopting the working style of mechanical transmission and made the improved shaper could not only realize constant force planing but also made the ram to do even speed linear movement.Therefore it could both eliminate the idle motion and change the unidirectional planing into the bidirectional planing as well and thus not only greatly raised the production efficiency and lowered the power consumption but also made the mechanism simple and easy to fabricate.
