基于拓扑优化方法的牵引车车架优化设计

摘    要:建立了牵引车车架的有限元模型并进行了多工况静力学分析,基于OptiStruct软件,对多工况拓扑优化常见问题提出了工程实用的解决方法,实现了牵引车车架结构优化设计.通过优化前后计算结果的对比分析,说明基于变密度法的拓扑优化技术能有效进行牵引车车架优化设计,避免结构设计的盲目性,优化结果为同类产品结构设计提供了参考.

Abstract:The finite element model of tractor frame was set up and the statics analysis on multiple working conditions was carried out.The solving method in engineering application was presented for the common problems on multiple working conditioned topological optimizations and realized the optimization design of tractor frame structure.Through the contrast analysis on the calculation result before and after optimization,it is explained that the topological optimization technology based on variable density method could effectively carry through the optimization design on tractor frame,thus avoided blindness in structural design.The result of optimization provided reference for the structural design of products of the same kind.
