一种新型重载三拐曲轴结构的研究及应用

摘    要:对一种新型(专利)大行程、重载、组合式三拐曲轴进行了系统地阐述.采用有限元分析方法,将组合式三拐曲轴与整体三拐曲轴的各种支承结构进行了应力变化规律与最大应力值的分析、计算和对比.考虑整体三拐曲轴中支承结构的超静定因素,利用有限元分析方法中的弹性接触单元,分析了超静定因素对应力值的影响,比较了组合式三拐曲轴与整体三拐曲轴各种支承结构的动态特性差异.

Abstract:An exposition on a new kind(patent) combination typed crankshaft for long travel and heavy load was carried out systematically.With the adoption of finite element method,the analysis,computation and comparison of the variation rule of stress and the maximum stress value have been carried out on various supporting structures of the combination typed tri-turned crankshaft and the integer tri-turned crankshaft.By considering the factor of redundancy of the supporting structure in the integer tri-turned crankshaft and utilizing the elastic contacting element in the finite element analytical method,the influence of redundancy factor on the value of stress was analyzed.Differences of dynamic characteristics of various supporting structures in the combination typed tri-turned crankshaft and the integer tri-turned crankshaft have been compared.
