基于机构运动精度的可靠性虚拟实验方法研究

摘    要:基于虚拟样机仿真分析软件ADAMS的虚拟仿真环境,对应用广泛的曲柄滑块机构开展基于可靠性的虚拟实验研究.首先建立机构的虚拟样机,模拟机构真实实验条件,逼真地展现真实的实验场景.实验中通过Monte Carlo计算方法和参数化建模技术,综合考虑机构的尺寸误差和运动副间隙误差对机构运动可靠性的影响.通过虚拟实验分别获取关于执行机构位移、速度、加速度误差的大样本数据,并由此得到误差的分布规律,求取误差的可靠度.最后,以VC 6.0为开发平台,开发了该虚拟实验系统,该实验系统能代替真实实验,使实验次数可以不受限制.

Abstract:Based on the virtual simulation environment of virtual prototype simulation analytical software ADAMS,the reliability based virtual experimental research was developed on the broadly applied crank-slider mechanism.Firstly,the virtual prototype of mechanism was established,the real testing conditions of mechanism were simulated and thus realistically exhibited the real experimental scene.By means of Monte Carlo computing method and parameterized modeling technique the influences of dimension error of mechanism and clearance error of kinematic pair on the kinematic reliability of mechanism were considered synthetically in the experiment.Through virtual experiment to obtain large sample data respectively on errors of displacement,velocity and acceleration with regard to the executive mechanism,and there out obtained the distribution law of errors and acquired the reliability of errors.Finally,taking the VC 6.0 as the development platform this virtual experimental system was developed.This experimental system could replace the real experiment and the number of tests could be free from restrictions.
