电动车液-气压减振器结构设计

摘    要:针对电动车减振系统所存在的缺陷,利用液压与气压减振平稳的特点设计了一种液-气压混和式减振器结构,通过对所设计的减振器结构在实验室内进行的随机振动试验,发现所设计的减振器减振效果明显好于现有的弹簧式减振器,从而验证了该设计的可行性与有效性.

Abstract:Aimed at the deficiency existed in the damper system of electrically-propelled vehicle and utilizing the characteristics of smoothness of hydraulic and pneumatic shock absorption a kind of mixed hydro-pneumatic pressure damper structure was designed. By way of carrying out the random vibration test in the laboratory on the being designed damper structure it was discovered that the shock absorption effect of the being designed damper was evidently better than the spring typed damper now existed, thus verified the feasibility and validity of this design.
